The challenge
Duncan’s Doggy Daycare had grown successfully to a point that they needed to take a hold of their brand and a hold their future. Being frustrated with the dog food industry and the lack of accountability that big pet food companies have on the nutrition of their food – they have set out to change the game. With this – their love, knowledge and approach to dogs was what the world needed to see.
Our process
- Role the purpose “every dog is a happy dog, a happy dog is a Duncan’s Dog” throughout the business
- Streamline existing brand identity & environment
- Build new website to deliver a cross product experience allowing cross selling of services
- Deliver an aligned product program to customers in new branding
- Renew & invigorate existing brand collateral
- Grow and engage new audience’s on Instagram & Facebook
- Create a fundraising campaign for the Duncan’s Dog Co. Hotel – (being built in 2019)
What we did
We rebranded the whole business under one roof, Duncan’s Dog Co. thus allowing each business to be contained within one brand, one stream of neatly captured content, with that we also began a process to champion the people behind it, a devoted family of 16 staff working hard every day to keep the dogs happy.
This allowed a consistent look and feel to be rolled out across their owned media. A new website, new packaging, promotional material, Instagram stickers and more were created to continue to offer the Duncan’s experience consistently across every level and product the business offers.
Result
- 1500 new followers on Instagram
- 300 new Deli customers
- £70,000 raised in fundraising campaign
- Uptick in Daycare enquiries YOY.
