The challenge
Gazelle Global had grown from a small IT recruitment outfit to a bustling, burning business of 70 people. They were moving to a much larger office to accommodate this new growth and accommodate their goal of getting to 100 people by the end of 2019.
To do this well, they needed to invest in their brand and the office space they inhabited

- Questioning & Internal Research: Discover & understand Gazelle Global’s existing business through questionnaires distributed throughout every level of the team
- Mission & Purpose statements: With the founder’s tenacity and aspiration at the core, Gazelle showcase what their goal is, and what is expected from their staff
- Brand Values: Introduce manageable and scalable values
- Brand Identity: Create something striking, relevant and contemporary
- Brand Environment: Both the office and website were reimagined to integrate this new brand into the fabric of the business
What we did
Through Cohesion Labs, we delivered a brand positioning that championed their credentials as an employer brand. Creating brand values; Tenacity, Fellowship, Perception and Determination. Each of these held scores and value of their own throughout each team, building better relationships to build better internal relationships, personal growth and stability.
We created an office environment that put the brand at the centre without becoming overwhelming, adding in natural greens through plants, and balancing the colour use of the brand effectively throughout the office and their web design elements creating a unified digital and physical experience.
Result
Gazelle Global have a brand and office they’re proud of and are in the process of showcasing to the world. With four new offices in Europe now open, there is a brand foundation to build on, with a coherent employer brand strategy at the core of their growth plans.
