Contemporise an ageing brand:
For over 25 years, Collett’s Mountain Holidays had served a loyal client base, using their care, passion and expertise to help their customers access the very best skiing and hillwalking available in Europe. The service they were providing was impeccable - but they found they were serving the same travellers over and over, rather than growing their client base. Realising their current customers wouldn’t be travelling forever, Collett’s saw that they needed to make their legacy brand attractive to a modern audience - to ensure they’d have a client base that would follow them into the next chapter of their business.
New design, for new horizons:
Our role with Collett’s was to help them reimagine their future with a new, bigger client base - and to help them find ways of presenting themselves to this new audience, while still remaining faithful to the core principles of this legacy brand.
We focused on rebuilding and modernising the Collett’s brand environment to speak to younger and future generations of outdoor enthusiasts. With a more contemporary tone of voice, company logo, visual aesthetic, and brand presentation, the new version of Collett’s Mountain Holidays maintained the same principles of quality and expertise that built their brand, while inviting younger travellers in.
Since delivering the conceptual rebrand, we’ve managed Collett’s through the implementation of their Cohesion Labs strategy, acting as brand guardian to deliver a new website and CRM system, coordinate content creation in the Dolomites, advise on new product launches, and manage all external comms.
